Software).  This gives Action Professional Recruiters the power to identify and select the appropriate candidates to fit our clients’ needs.  These test scores are presented to the client along with the candidate’s resume.  We take the guesswork out of the hiring process.

Direct Placement

Need a Direct Hire Solution?

A direct placement position is one in which the client interviews a potential candidate(s) for a position(s) they have within their company.  Once the candidate provided by Action Professional Recruiters is selected, there is a one time fee based on the projected annual income of the candidate.

Temp to Hire

Need a full-time staffing solutions, but want to try before you buy?

The ideal candidate is sent to you to try on our payroll for 520 hours before becoming your employee.

Temporary Help

Need help on a temporary basis?

Action Professional Recruiters provides temporary help and covers ALL the payroll, taxes, workers’ & unemployment compensation.

Contract

Special Project?

When you have a special project that might last several months, ACTION will provide employees. When the assignment has ended, the employees are placed on another assignment for ACTION and not on your unemployment.

Testing

Do you have your own applicant or employee you would like to skill test?

With our state of the art testing abilities, Action Professional Recruiters has the capability to have your applicant or employee test right in your office over the Internet.  If you prefer, they are welcome to test here at our facility or even in their own home.
