Initial functional responsibilities include:

3. New business support including processing applications and related forms, tracking in-process business, etc.

5. Project work to including regular newsletter mailings, IRA RMD calculations, new business initiatives (marketing), etc.
6. New client orientation … initial “discovery process” to collect basic information and to assist in client acquisition process and plan development from design to implementation.
7. Handle client in-office “experience,” i.e. provide for the care and well-being of office guests – be caring, attentive and professional – to maintain our high client-centric focus.
8. Create liaisons with our business “partners” who help us coordinate solutions and strategies for our valued clientele; understand their offerings that include insurance products, securities, managed accounts, and ancillary services/solutions.
9. Develop strong independent client relationships in order to provide exceptional service as well as provide insights to further their financial program using our value offering.
Future responsibilities are highly dependent on YOUR direction within this industry and OUR business model and vision … and must be mutually beneficial. Examples would include a “specialty” (e.g. elder care planning, charitable planning) … a product specialist … a marketing specialist … a paraplanner … a business partner, etc.
