What areas do you cover?

Action Professional Recruiters is based in Central Florida. We place Direct Placement position nationwide.  For Temporary and Temp to Hire we serve all Polk County including Lakeland, Winter Haven and Bartow.

What types of placements do you make?

ACTION provides employment and makes placements for any professional positions such as CEO’s Engineers, CPA’s, IT, Accountants, Bookkeepers, Managers, Administrative Assistants, Clerical positions, Data Entry, AR/AP, positions to name a few.

Does your agency charge a fee?

The employer pays the fee. There is never a fee to the applicant.

How long have you been in business?

Action has been getting jobs for individuals in the Polk County area since 1942. H. Jean Wright has personally been involved in the employment arena in the Central Florida area for over 30 years.

Do I need a Resume?

A Resume is a must to market a candidate properly.  You may e-mail the resume to resume@applyaction.com or fax it to (863) 577-1313.  We have computers in our facility you are welcome to use to produce or update your resume.

When are the office hours for Action Professional Recruiters Inc?

ACTION's hours are 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

What testing Software do you use?

Action Professional Recruiters uses Proveit. Proveit is a nationally recognized, state of the art testing package. This package provides 800 tests.

Action Professional Recruiters is located in Central Florida between Orlando and Tampa on I-4. It is conveniently located in Lakeland, near Winter Haven and Bartow. Please see the Location section for a map of the location.
