Action Professional Recruiters has had its roots in the recruiting industry in Lakeland since 1942. Originally a placement service for Registered Nurses, ACTION has progressed and adapted with the times and currently places people nationwide.  Located in Lakeland Action does staffing in all of Polk County including Lakeland, Winter Haven and Bartow. Action Professional Recruiters provides qualified candidates for all professional positions ranging from executive placement to clerical placements.

H. Jean Wright has owned and operated the agency since 1981. For over 25 years, ACTION has been dedicated to serving the Central Florida area by providing professional and skilled staff to fill the employment needs of the business community.
